Wealthflow’s specialism in medical negligence settlements inspires me and being part of a team that works to ensure vulnerable clients get the best possible service is a real source of pride. Our service is often provided at periods of uncertainty in clients lives’ and knowing I am playing my part in a process that can bring timely support and understanding is a powerful motivator. In my role I have the opportunity to go the extra mile and that’s definitely a good thing.

Karen is a dedicated team player always ready to do the utmost best for clients. Karen made the move into financial services in 2016. Prior to this she enjoyed a successful career (for more than 20 years) as a Veterinary Nurse. Karen’s passion for people and their pets getting the best care, treatment and advice ultimately lead to her handling Pet Insurance claims – being responsible for medical conditions being claimed accurately and ensuring clients rightfully received what was due. Karen’s honesty and work ethic have been contributing to the Wealthflow team since November 2019.
