WealthFlow becomes the only financial planning firm in Scotland to hold the British Standard.

I’m delighted to announce that WealthFlow has successfully been awarded BS 8577 – Framework for the provision of financial advice and planning services by Standards International Ltd (www.standardsinternational.co.uk).

BS 8577 is a British Standard designed to assess and award financial planning firms who can demonstrate that they have the operational framework in place to deliver a first-class service to their clients.

The service that we provide to our clients is at the centre of everything we do and, in order to benchmark our service and internal processes against the British Standard of best practice, the business entered into a rigorous process of assessment.

During the past two years, our team has worked exceptionally hard and on December 16th we were officially awarded BS 8577 certification, making us the only financial planning firm in Scotland, and one of only a few firms in the UK to hold this prestigious award.

To ensure we continue to deliver exceptional service to all WealthFlow clients, we have committed to ongoing assessment, ensuring that our processes and services will be continually assessed by an independent certification body on an annual basis.
